1. Development of company IT strategies (technical audit of the existing IT and the elaboration of recommendations for their development)

2. Business-processes reengineering

Business-processes reengineering means a set of methods and tools to radically improve key performance indicators of the company through modeling, analysis and redesign of existing business processes.

The key idea of reengineering is the transition from functional management to the management of business processes.

An optimal models of business processes, tested by the world leaders companies (so-called “best practice”), are used when reengineering performing.

The resulting optimal models of BP can be used by companies to the reorganization of the business (production, logistics, marketing, finance) as well as for the implementation of information technology.

3. Development of technical requirements for selection of standard software and computer landscapes for creating/upgrading integrated information management systems.

4. Certification of software and quality management systems of suppliers

On the basis of the Center works accredited by the national authority the testing laboratory and certification body in the field of information technology UkrCertSoft.

Scope of accreditation UkrCertSoft: software, services, and processes.

UkrCertSoft uses product-oriented approach to certification of the software products with accordance of international and national standards of different countries, and the process-oriented approach that can be used in any certification process ISO/IEC 12207.

5. Support of projects implementation/upgrade of integrated information management systems.

Purpose: promote the implementation of projects in full volume (functionality, coverage of units and workplaces) at a specified level of quality, within the specified deadlines and in accordance the planned budgets.
